I have a Philips OLED 806 and was facing the same issue.
I now updated my UMS to 11.4 and now I see even less. The TV tells me no playable files found on that folder. I have 2 folders defined on the config of the software.
It is running on a Windows Server 2019.

Please help, this is pretty annoying ...

I am new to UMS, Actually I always have been using PS3 Media Server. I just built a Home Server. And since it looks to me that PS3 Media Server is being discontinued, I thought I could upgrade to UMS.
