Are you sure you are using (or UMS) tsMuxeR?
When MEncoder is used (transcoding), only one audio is available, depending on preference settings or manual choose from TRANSCODE folder
When tsMuxeR is used (remuxing) with default settings, only one audio (first track) is muxed. When "Mux all audios ...

It is in all of the files I have. Only shows the audio that is "checked" by default.
Example: if the movie has spanish, english and japanese, if the spanish audio is the default, cant choose the other 2 in my PS3.

Well, my PS3 works all fine with UMS but, tsMuxer cant show all audio tracks from a file. With PMS i´ve never got this problem, and never changed his config.
In UMS, i´ve checked the Mux all audio tracks and still the problem... only shows 1 audio.
