Help connecting my LG OLED65B6P to UMS
Hi guys;
It seems every month I have new connectivity issues with UMS. Which is too bad because I love it.
Currently, I have been using my PS3 to connect to UMS which then displays my content on my LG TV. I would like to get rid of the PS3 so tonight I tried connecting my LG TV directly to UMS (bypassing the PS3) using the share photos and video app. When I load it, it can see my Bell HUB 4000 router / server but it cannot see UMS.
However, on my PC, I can see the OLED TV is in the Detected Media Renderers list. It has an IP of 192.168.2.18.
Since my PS3 can connect, I'm quite confident the TV can as well but that I have some settings off. Can anyone help me figure out what's wrong, and how to get it connected?
I would very much appreciate any help.
Thanks,
-Richard
