Network Drive Shared Content Not Working Again (13.4.1)

Similar issue from last year. After UMS restart or PC restart, the shared content for network shares (Synology in my case) disappears. Local shares to PC seem to be fine. This issue started with one of the 2 most recent updates

There is no error in the log until trying to add the network share back: Insufficient permission to read folder "Y:\StreamingArchive": Permissions do not allow execute access

I am not sure if this error showed up in the log prior to recent updates or not.

Everything does work as expected, just have to manually re-add the share every time the application starts.

It may be that the previous fix was not totally successful.

Might be worth opening a new issue on Github, or reopen this one.
You should also post your logs on there.
Logs are important for us to help, Please follow This Link before asking for support. Just a forum cleaner, Will help if I can but no expert.
