transcode problem

Hello,
I have problems with the transcode of some films. On the PC everything works with vlc and mplayer. Some films don't work with UMS. The picture flickers as if the pictures are not always shown in the correct order. If I reduce the number of CPUs used to 1, it no longer works at all. I sent an example scene with 4 CPUs. Likewise the media info of 2 films. mediainfo_20201205142712.MP4.txt always works. With mediainfo_Der_Liebesbrief_0016_edit.mp4.txt there are problems with transcoding. Can you help me?
