UMS 10.4.1. Issue

Hi all, long time user but first time issue haver.
I've recently experienced an issue out of the blue with UMS not showing up in the Media section of my Hisense P6 Series TV. I've done the usual basics, such as uninstalling and re-installing the program and making sure I have the latest version but nothing has worked this time.
Attached are the logs as requested. Any help to get my UMS back working would be greatly appreciated!
