Web Interface Does Not Play Certain Files

I discovered recently that the UMS Web Interface doesn't play certain Video files it did play before the change from 9.8.3 to 10.0.0.

I uploaded here one for you of that I know that it certainly doesn't work. For now I have downgraded my UMS but I wouldn't like to have that as a permanent solution.
