Hibernate - PC doesn't wake up

Hi,
since I've installed UMS on my windows 11 pc (3 month old high end) hibernate mode dosen't work correctly:
PC goes to hibernate but doesn't wake up.
It used to wake up when I moved the mouse or pressed some keys on the bluetooth keyboard.
Now even if I press the power button, nothing happens except that the power button blinks.
I always have to hold the power button for about 10 seconds so the a complete new start is performed.
As this phenomenon happened immediately after installing USM I think that this caused the problem.
Any ideas???
