Played Status Problem

All my played status info has vanished, the fully played icons are gone and all videos are reset and the thumbnails are all different.

I didn't make any changes or updates it just happened.

Probably something happened to the database, or you have turned off the cache.

Thanks for the reply, I run UMS on default so the cache is always enabled.

Where is the database saved so I can back it up in case it happens again.

The database is located in C:\ProgramData\UMS along with all other settings. It is possible the database has become corrupted, or if happened after an update to UMS then the database upgrade might have failed.

If it is corrupt then deleting it will make UMS create a new one next time it is run. Only way to be sure is to see logs (see the section in red above).
Unfortunately there is no way to recover the played status though.
