I have a problem, because UMS shows me only empty Philips TV folders.
Can you help me?

This looks a bit strange to me. But I run mine on Linux and not sure about windows,

# Shared folders

# A comma-separated list of absolute path names.

# On Windows:

folders =G:\\,E:\\,D:\\HD FILMOVI

That is correct, the double \ are needed for Java AFAIK.
I have not had a chance to look at the logs yet as my log viewer has been playing up, I need to reinstall it and set it up again and not had the time.

I'm not sure what the windows syntax is as I have mine on a Linux server.
In my conf, it is:
folders = /home/media_mnt/Images, /home/media_mnt/Music, /home/media_mnt/Music Videos, /home/media_mnt/Karaoke Video, /home/media_mnt/Videos/Movies, /home/media_mnt/Videos/TV Series

folders =G:\\,E:\\,D:\\HD FILMOVI
It looks like your (from your log) G:\\ and E:\\ has a multitude of a lot of non media type files.
Just a few for example:

I would have only media files in a subdirectory and make your "folders =" pointing to that.

I Double checked mine and the slashes are different in Windows and Linux, and I think \ is used for escape codes and is ignored so \\ is needed instead.
I think the text in the UMS.conf is wrong here, looks to be copy & pasted without altering it.

I think @Boss might be right about not having your media in the root of a drive mixed in with other files.
While those files will be ignored I think the ability to share the root of a drive was restricted for security reasons, but I'm not sure. Try putting your media in a separate folder and share that one instead.

Also try to view from another renderer or from the web interface and see if they show up there. This will show if the root is restricted or if it is a problem with them showing on the TV.
