two UMS server at one network possible ?

Yes if running on 2 different machines. I have done this myself while I was testing some things.

You should change the name of each instance of UMS so you can see which one is running on which machine.

If you are copying the config ypou must change the uuid
it's a last option at the config
all of UUIDs must be different!
