While you cannot do this directly with UMS in theory you can use another program that will stream the desktop, like OBS, and have it stream to UMS.
I have no idea how to set this up so it will take some experimentation.
Someone did something similar
here.
It mentions h265(HEVC) encoding is not supported yet in that version but it may be now over a year later.
I think it also depends on what graphics card you have, but might be better to use h264 instead.

tnx for the reply, u know VLC have Built in Stream for Desktop Screen with different Protocols so i ask here maybe
someone did that already so i can do that with help because when i do that with different protocols i don't know
how to add that in medias inside UMS settings i don't know even UMS support that kind of stream or i give UMS
the right Address (URL,LOCALHOST,127.0.0.1,or even PC IP address with port ,... ) for Stream and even maybe
the protocol i choose to stream is important even the Format of the stream the codec i choose in VLC i didn't find
similar to this any where and the TV is far from my room so i can't check all of them at once so i wish someone
who did that before suggest me something, by the way maybe after all of that the big delay will make this useless
who know since i never had a chance to test this.
