PMs Stuck In Outbox

Hi,
I sent two PMs yesterday evening but they're still in the Outbox this morning. This is the first time I've seen this as PMs normally go out right away and are moved to the Sent Items. Any ideas?

phpBB DB might need a restart?

Yeah, seems all PMs are going to the outbox and just sitting there.

Seems you don't know PhpBB. Message sits there until user will read it. Until this time you can edit or delete/cancel it

Actually that thought did cross my mind, but you're right, I don't know phpBB. This is the first I've seen this happen on every single forum I visit so I had to ask.
