UMS will not run

I uninstalled PS3 media server (Subjunk build) as I found it would no longer start (Click the .exe and nothing happens).
I then installed UMS. When I run UMS.exe nothing happens. I cant see a UMS service or anything.

This computer is fairly pure, and does not have a bunch of junk installed on it.
I'm open to suggestions.

The os is Win7 32bit Ultimate.
I stuck with the default install directory.

I just tried uninstalling UMS1.4, and removing the programfiles\ums and ps3 media server directories. Installed and ran ccleaner.
Reboot, install UMS, and I still can't get UMS to run.

Thoughts on troubleshooting this?

Do they rechte.Wenn administrator and yes it goes again nicht.Dann ums.exe properties under extended ausführen.Habe Vista as an administrator only but should be similar.

Try reinstalling the latest Java runtime

Java was the issue.
