A couple of newbie questions?

Hi. New user here trying UMS out with a Samsung LED TV.
My Mp3's are playing great but they are played back in alphabetical order rather than track number order. Is there anyway to sort that?
Or is there a way to navigate by folder and go by filenames? All my filenames for both music and video make sure they play back in order.
