Samsung PrependTrackNumbers Sorting Busted

Mysteriously...everything after 5.1.1 doesn't seem to obey the PrependTrackNumbers=true in the configuration file.
Uninstalled/re-installed the latest versions - no change. Reinstalled 5.1.1 everything works fine (tracks are properly prepended).
Haven't looked at the code to see what went awry but something is not right...
