I installed UMS yesterday and trying to get it to work without luck, UMS detects my Tv and i can send Videos to him but when i want to break the video there is no option
i can only jump forward or backwards the rest is grey and not selectable !

this is annoying when i must go to toilet, or going to kitchen for crisps while the movie is streaming .....

and i missing some features that are in "emby media server" like full time controll while the Movie is sent to TV and is streaming - you can toogle between the time -
this is usefull if you had watched the scene and want to skip it faster !!

another thing that is missing is, when you send the Video with UMS to Tv there is no option to configure the Audio-trace, if you have a Bluray Movie with two or more
language's in it and want to watch it on different language - then you have a problem !!

i hope the admins are not annoyed because of the criticism...
i want only a better UMS better then ever !!!

hope you can make the things above, this would make UMS awesome !!!

why don't you just use your tv remote to pause your video?

the way i have ums set up is pretty simple, its a DLNA server after all, so just point it to where your videos are, then turn on your tv and go in its media player and choose ums.

you do it from the computer but there is no need since your tv obviously supports dlna it must have a media player integrated no ?

so use that instead.

i need this feature, because i download series for my wife and she dont know how to open that (technical deficiency)
and so is the shortest way for me open the video's faster without going to Tv again

i would say is the feature in ums,
that must then run correctly

otherwise i beg for the Developer's of the UMS for delete the Click'n play feature with the next version !!!!

UMS is a bullshit this is a big crap tool with no features that working to 100%

no language selection feature for blurays no time control nothing

i delete this fucking crap programm for ever and go to another media server and you shit site with NO custommer support can suck my dick and bann me please THANKS

As HT1 kindly pointed out you should try navigate and play your content from your TV.
"Customer Support"?.., you DO understand that this software is available to you for absolutely no cost?

Instead of acting like a child, use your energy to learn what UMS can do for you. It's actuyally not that bad
