Problem Uploading attachments with IE9?

It usually wont matter what browser you're using if you have some kind of serious malware/virus. Time to get some good antivirus software, go into safe mode, run a full/deep scan and hopefully you can get rid of it. Also, he already said Firefox was working (most likely because he hadn't used it before the infection and didn't already have a bunch of malware ridden toolbars installed on it).

Ok, fair enough.. i thought it was a common IE problem.

Well, I would say that you will have to purchase the hosting server in this case because if the hosting server is not legally purchased then you won't be able to upload the attachments on the server and the problem of loading the site will occur. So I would suggest that first of all you purchase hosting server and then upload you files.

Not even relevant to this topic. Besides it shows that you don't know much about phpbb or even how hosting works.
