DTS keeps playing as AC3/DD

Hi and first off, thank you very much for the time and effort you have put into this wonderful application

I am having an issue where DTS audio tracks are being played as AC3, regardless of the settings I use on the transcoding page. I've set it to keep it in stream and am using an optical connection, but my receiver always shows it as Dolby Digital and will then, for some movies, trigger Cinavia error 3. Ive checked that the media files do actually contain a DTS stream with mediainfo. Any help would be much appreciated
