I have noticed that avisynth/mencoder only works with some movies and it it doesn't work with others. On my server I have ums 1.50 installed.

When I try to use avisynth/mencoder with the LAV filters I get the following error on my ps3 : 800288E1

I have the same problem. I have UMS installed with coreavc on a computer with a ATI HD4200 but it doesn't use coreavc with dxva. The icon in the taskbar is blue and not red. Is there a solution for it so that UMS transcode movies, etc, with dxva ?
