Here is some information about double NAT.
https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-do ... -is-it-bad

Having just 1 router With 1 range of IP addresses (192.168.0.x for example) is the normal way to have a network with a server connected.

Your server should be locked down with accounts and passwords. Although people connected to your network could see your server, unless they have an account on the server, they cannot logon to the server.

What is the problem if people on your network can see the server MAC address?
What other information do you think people on your network can see on your server which could cause any risk if they cannot actually logon to it?

It's about the MAC and IP of the computer hosting the server.
I'm not sure of the risks, but they may be able to scan the entire network using nmap.

Is your setup in your house or some public location.

Is it the case that you are afraid that people on your own network would try and break into your Server PC?

You could run ncap yourself to find out any vulnerabilities and rectify them.

What operating system is your server PC running?

Router 1 at my house is somewhat public, as any visitor can connect to this network.
For this reason, I feel more comfortable leaving my computer connected to a private network, parallel to the visitors' network (router 1).

For this reason I added the second router before the connection reached my PC.

Do you want visitors to be able to access movies etc from UMS?
If not, you can setup a GUEST NETWORK on "router 1" (TP Link C20) which still gives them internet access but allows you to isolate your local network from users logged on to the GUEST NETWORK.

Does the router need to have two antennas to do this?

The router does not need to have 2 antennas.
In your TP-Link C20, it has an option for a guest account.

You enable the guest account. There are options in the guest account to:
Allow guests access to my local network yes/no
In the guest network settings you setup a new SSID and new password for the guest account.

Now, the wifi networks shown will be SSID1 (the current one) and a new SSID with whatever name you give it.
You have different passwords.
Just tell guests the password for the new guest account and they will have internet access but no access to your local network.
